FYI Every book title above and from your email links me to the book "Art & Fear". Readers will have to cut and paste which I'm not sure will credit AHA. Am I doing something wrong?

Comment 1: Thanks so much for putting links to the books. I know you said you didn't have time to annotate your shows, but maybe that is a job for your intern? :) So nice to know, when listening while commuting to work, I can go to the website and look things up that were covered in the show.
Comment 2: To save money while reading all these books, go through your local library and the app Overdrive to borrow the audiobook. If the book isn't available you can even do a request to obtain the book. The same goes for regular books at the library, if your library doesn't carry the book you can request an interlibrary loan and they will search for the book over the entire country. A great way to save money if you don't have a book buying budget.

A novel I read called The Magic Strings of Frankie Presto was really great. It's along the lines of Forest Gump and starts with the premise that just before we're born we grasp a bubble that is embued with a talent such as musicality or artistry, etc. I found it so inspiring that I did a painting of bubbles floating in space. If you ever have time to read a novel I recommend this book. :-)

Thank you so much for the list. I went on Amazon (linking from your site as requested) and ordered more than half of these, used. Many of them were $0.01 - $6.00! I can't wait to be inspired and to keep myself focused and not keep being lead away from my art by my fears. Thanks again for everything you do and share, you're podcasts keep reminding me of my true goals to being an artist.
