It's Day Nine. I have set a plan and I am going to join you all and try to paint on Saturday. If I have to stand the entire time on crutches, I am going to do this. I cannot wait any longer. Until then, happy painting!

Thank you for pushing me to create something new daily. It has sparked a new level of creativity in me. I have so many ideas I'm having a little trouble executing them all. I think I need a notebook!

This past summer I broke my foot just one week before I was scheduled for a bunionectomy. The doctor was able to do the surgery as scheduled, but I was on crutches for 6 long weeks, thanks to the tiny stress fracture. So I feel your pain, but this too shall pass. Be kind to yourself now. You'll be glad later. Don't push yourself too hard.:)
