Great job on day two everyone! I am still posting older paintings, but hope to be painting soon. I got news today that I will be on crutches for four to six weeks and I cried. Broke into tears. Right there in the doctor's office.Let's hope that changes. There is a chance it might so my fingers are crossed.
Allright, enough complaining. Onward!

The main thing is to stay well and let your ankle heal at it's own pace. Time for a deserved rest and let others do for you. I am certainly glad and appreciative that you are running the challenge and love your "oldies"!

Really lovely to see your paintings dear Leila! Use this time to rest and enjoy life, read more, watch more films, and yes be a little pest at times. You've earned it all. Courage :)

I’m finding it totally amazing what some people achieve in a day— some just are totally unbelievable... I only have an hour or so to paint so am jaw dropped at some of the detailed work turning up in the link tree

I'm so sorry you are not mobile! What a bummer, I would cry too! First things first, take care of yourself, then paint. If you have to post old pictures, so what? Thanks for organizing this blog, I learn so much by painting every day.

I am praying that you will heal well and quickly. In the meantime, take your deserved rest. Thank you for hosting this 30 in 30 challenge. It's my first time to join and it is already changing how I paint - be quicker, no time to fuss, on to next painting the next day. Thank you also for the AHA show - I learn a lot from it. 😊

Forget the crutches, theyre horrible. Get yourself one of those motorized wheel chairs, you can use them all over the house and even ride to the local shops.
