I know what you are thinking. "This painting is way too bright for "farmhouse styled decor"! I just needed a burst of color today and decided this house, with it's purple pillows, needed some color. And I am sticking with it.

Sometimes we just need to break the rules.

Just wondering why the Day 22 submissions have closed already. I know they're typically open for an extra day beyond the calendar date and I finished my work after midnight. I'll check again tomorrow and hope it's reopened.
Thanks for the challenge and inspiration to paint again.

oops! that was my mistake. When I set all thirty of these up I must have entered the wrong day for it to close. I added another one so you can upload it all day on Monday. Sorry about that.
