"What Time is It?" Abstract Acrylic Painting 36" x 36" Available. My #1 goal for 2017 is to expand my blog. I posted more blog posts in 2016 than ever ... 263 posts to be exact. And that was about a zillion more than I use to post on my old blog. Well maybe not quite a zillion. And what's the best part? I enjoyed writing every single one. But there is so much more I want to do with my blog. I want it to be better. I want it to reach more people. I want to develop alliances with businesses that I love and can incorporate in to my blog. And I want to write more posts that are even more interesting to all of you. So what's the good news? I think I might have found an intern with lots of experience in this field. I just need to convince her that she needs to work for me. Hahaha.
I am excited about all of my ideas to expand my blog. I spent a few hours today working on "the big blog plan" and I realized pretty quickly this is something I should have done months ago. Better late than never I suppose. I do promise to share my "big blog plan experiences" with you. Of course, that is assuming I am successful with this. JK. The painting posted here is my Day Two painting for the Thirty Paintings in Thirty Days Challenge. (We have 998 artists participating so if you are on the edge you might want to jump in. We do need to get past 1,000.) My theme this month is "Fixer Upper" so all of my paintings are suited to hang in any of the beautiful homes redesigned by Joanna Gaines (and Chip). This one is inspired by all of the clocks you can find in Joanna's redesigned homes ... and there are a lot of them!

OMG! 1,000 Artists participating . . . That is huge! Congratulations! If anyone reading this is on the fence, get off and join in! You have nothing to loose and everything to gain. I'm an 'ole veteran, so I should know. You rock Leslie. I love your theme this time and hope to attend one of your boot camps in the near future! Thanks for all the inspiration you bring to us all. xo Sandy
